About

Hi, thank you for visiting Passage and Postcards.

I’m Alison Gilchrist, an NCTJ accredited freelance journalist and travel writer based in Scotland.

My qualifications include an MA in Multimedia Journalism with distinction and a first-class honours degree in Business Economics.

But enough of the boring stuff.

I love to travel, run, ski, hike, read, drink coffee and write.

My inspiration for this blog is to combine these passions by crafting articles to inspire you to travel, get the most out of your adventures and above all, relish life.

I hope you enjoy your visit to Passage and Postcards and wish you amazing journeys filled with fun and adventure.

You can get in touch with me through my Instagram or LinkedIn.
